By accessing or using Staffrite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific products or services available through the app. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.
Staffrite acts as a timeclock for employees to clock in and out of work. By using the app, employee's timestamps will be recorded to assess how much they should get paid. Staffrite will request to take images of the employee clocking in, and using facial recognition software, will attempt to confirm that this employee is who they actually claim to be by using their respective badge. If another employee clocks in pretending to be them, we will nullify the time worked for that punch in and punch out.
Employees will be given accounts on the website that the app connects to, and given badge identification numbers to log into the time clock application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Staffrite reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice. Staffrite shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the app.
Staffrite is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app, including without limitation any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Staffrite has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Staffrite harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app.By using Staffrite, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection and use of punch data and images of employees clocking in and out.
These Terms of Service and your use of the app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the app operates. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
